Rees earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, before attending St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating law school, she began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office.

Upon leaving the District Attorney's Office, Rees transitioned into practicing family law, which is her true passion. She has litigation and jury trial experience, and utilizes those skills to zealously advocate for her clients. Rees represents clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support suits, adoption, and more. She is diligent, dedicated, and passionate, and will work tirelessly to resolve her clients' cases.
